Western NC Cabinet Leadership
Development Program
The Cabinet Development Leadership Program was modeled after the Royce and Jane Reynolds Program in Church Leadership. It was created for leadership development of the cabinet and its extended members of the Western North Carolina Conference. This leadership program includes four sessions over a 10 month period. The first session was offered in the fall of 2003 and spring of 2004 during Bishop Charlene Kammerer’s tenure. That first session was the impetus for the conference wide vision to “Follow Jesus, Make Disciples, and Transform the World.”
In the fall of 2009 a second session began with a special focus on Bishop Larry Goodpaster’s vision for the Western North Carolina Conference called,
“The Power of 3 for WNCC.”
