Rev. Virtue, an ordained elder in the Western North Carolina Conference, joined the United Methodist Foundation in September of 2009. For the last two decades, her ministry has focused on creating programs in leadership development and pastoral excellence. During an eleven year tenure at Duke Divinity School, she oversaw a wide array of educational programs, including the creation and development of the Royce & Jane Reynolds Program in Church Leadership. Prior to that, she was Director of Perkins Relations at Perkins School of Theology, Southern Methodist University in North Texas. Rev. Virtue holds a Master of Business Administration from Indiana University and a Master of Divinity from Southern Methodist University. |
